WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
RETURNS
No returns or exchanges allowed, except for if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the items have not been worn or used).
In the event that there are workmanship flaws with any item you purchase, we accept returns on only clothing items, unworn and intact. Please contact us at hello@yaimamess.com to approve an exchange. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 7 days of when the item was delivered to you.
Our designs are all printed on demand so for this reason, we will only return items if they are defective or damaged so make sure you're deciding on the right size and color perfect for you, If you need to return it for the same item due to damages, send us an email at hello@yaimamess.com for prior Approval

WHAT IS YOUR GIFT RETURN POLICY?
The Same return rules apply for gifts ie
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if the return is approved
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, Have them contact us with order information and once everything checks out and the return has been completed, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will decide if the gift credit will be given to the gift receiver or a refund to original payment method will be issued.

WHAT ARE THE REFUND POLICY?
REFUNDSÂ (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@yaimamess.com

For FREE shipping, please note that the TOTAL of your order still needs to reach $60 for the USA | $100 for the WORLD even when using a discount code. Only one coupon can be applied per purchase. There is no tracking information on international shipments.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING ON RETURNS POLICY?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
